Best apps for Sydney bike routes

As you may know, the usual routing maps (such as Google Maps) are not particularly good for finding and mapping bike routes around Sydney.

Here are some bike mapping tools and apps suggested by the Sydney Bike Commuters community on Facebook:

It is designed for public transport, but once you click through, you can select a cycling route.
