Cycleway network connections
Bourke St, Surry Hills – Sydney’s flagship North/South cycleway from inner city suburbs to the CBD
Sydney Harbour Bridge – CBD to North Sydney
Wilson St – connects Redfern to Erskinville / Newtown
Chalmbers St – connects the Redfern and CBD networks via Central station
(Installed in 2020 as part of the Sydney Light Rail program)
Pop-up cycleways for COVID-19
(Installed in mid 2020 to support socially distanced travel, to hopefully become permanent network connections)
1. Sydney Park Rd – connection between St Peters and Alexandria, (via Sydney Park to Mascot)
2. Henderson / Bridge – Sydney Park to Redfern station
3. Pitt St, CBD – North/South connection from downtown through the CBD
